1. A $100 non-refundable fee will be required at time of booking for each function, with the full amount due on or before the day of the function. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The function date can be moved without penalty one time only.

2. Ann's Bridal & Etcetera is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items left in the facility prior to or following the function.

3. The lessee is responsible for and shall reimburse Ann's Bridal & Etcetera for any damage or loss or liability incurred to the facility by any of the lessee's guests or organizations contracted by the lessee to provide any services of goods before, during, and after the function.

4. Ann's Bridal & Etcetera shall not be liable for non-performance of this contract when such non-performance is attributable to causes which are beyond reasonable control of Ann's Bridal & Etcetera.

5. Ann's Bridal & Etcetera and the Rose Room are smoke-free facilities. There are two patios provided for those who wish to go outside to smoke.

6. Guests must vacate the Rose Room by 11:00 PM. If using a bar it must close down at 10:15. If using a DJ or band they must stop playing at 10:15 and ready instruments for vacating building promptly at 11:00 PM.

7. The lease of the facility allows for five hours use and will be open for deliveries four hours prior to the event if required for set-up. 

8. Due to the weight of the tables and damage to tables and doorways, all tables provided in the Rose Room must remain in the room.

9. Confetti, snow, bubbles and glitter are not allowed inside the Rose Room.
